Our Claims Process – What to Expect

As soon as an incident occurs, contact us. The sooner we’re informed, the sooner we can start helping you. Always remember take reasonable steps to minimise further losses.

We’ll guide you on exactly what documents or evidence are needed, but generally, this may include:
• A completed claim form (we’ll provide the correct one)
• Photos of damage or loss
• Police report number (for theft, vandalism or malicious damage)
• Quotes or invoices for repair or replacement
• Any relevant third-party details (if applicable) -

Step 3: Claim Lodgement & Insurer Engagement
We’ll prepare and lodge the claim with the insurer on your behalf and liaise with them throughout the process. We’ll advocate for you to ensure a fair and prompt outcome.

Step 4: Regular Updates & Support
We’ll keep you informed on the progress of your claim, follow up with the insurer as needed, and help resolve any delays or disputes.

Step 5: Resolution
Once approved, the insurer will either settle your claim via payment, repairs, or replacement. We’ll make sure you’re satisfied with the outcome.
